Downward facing dogs

The latest form of yoga pairs people and their dogs for a practice that Florida instructor Suzi Teitelman says brings physical and spiritual benefits to both. Dogs that attend "doga" classes with their owners may come in rowdy but the poses and interactions with their owners calms them and many end the sessions sleeping peacefully, says New York City veterinarian Robin Brennen, who was a skeptic until she attended a doga class.
