AT&T focuses on connectivity, customer interaction in new store design

AT&T is replicating some of the design features of its recently inaugurated flagship store in Chicago to enhance customer engagement and highlight next-generation devices by doing away with checkout counters and relying on tablets to complete purchases. The environmentally friendly store will also include large-screen connected video screens as well as specific stations focused on music, photography and fitness devices, among other things.
