Integra's reverse-shoulder system gains FDA clearance

Integra LifeSciences has been cleared by the FDA to market its Integra Titan Reverse Shoulder System and will start a limited U.S. release of the product during the third quarter. The device allows surgeons to easily transform a primary total shoulder into a reverse shoulder without removing a stem that's firmly attached to a patient's bone.
