Survey: 77% of workers have career regrets

Employees who are able to let their personal interests shine through in their jobs are generally happier at work and have fewer career regrets, according to a Philips North America survey. Another study by Officebroker.com finds 77% of workers admit to sometimes regretting their career decisions.
