Wyoming medical center buys electrolarynx devices for ICU

Wyoming's Cheyenne Regional Medical Center used grant money to purchase three electrolarynx devices for its ICU. Electrolarynx devices usually are for larynx surgery patients but have shown to be helpful for ICU patients who are intubated and cannot speak.
