Editorial: Congress finally passed transportation bill, now it's Minnesota's turn

The $286.4 billion transportation bill finally passed by Congress last week should help reduce auto congestion in the next four years with repairs and expansions to the highway system. Meanwhile, a "meaningful" transportation bill has yet to find passage in Minnesota, and the Minneapolis Star Tribune argues the state Legislature needs to try again.
