U.K. ethanol producer plans big expansion based on U.S. energy bill

Ethanol producer Renova Energy of the U.K. said it plans to increase its annual production of biofuel from 6 million gallons to 100 million gallons over the next five years. The London-based company said its plans are a direct result of the U.S. energy bill ordering a greater percentage of ethanol to be blended with gasoline.
