Boeing aims to put ethics scandals behind it, CEO says

Boeing has launched sweeping ethics reforms and "aspires to do more than just stay out of trouble," Chief Executive W. James McNerney Jr. told the Senate Armed Services Committee Tuesday. Lawmakers praised the company's decision to forgo tax deductions on a recent $615 million settlement for ethical violations.
