Arizona county announces tougher dog measures

Animal control officials in Arizona's Navajo County requiring canine owners to obtain a license and provide vaccination for their dogs. Under the proposal, owners of unlicensed dogs will be required to pay $50 impound fee and other charges, while those who fail to restrain or have their dogs vaccinated may be subject to court-ordered fines.
