BCBS workers hike a mountain to promote healthy living

Walking guru Robert Sweetgall took 40 Blue Cross Blue Shield employees on a seven-mile trek along Mount Helena Ridge Trail in Montana, demonstrating the company's "Live Smart, Live Healthy" mission and showing them a little of their own backyard. Sweetgall has been motivating people with his healthy living message since the early 1980s and emphasizes that even small changes can make an impact.
