FINRA board candidates discuss problems facing small firms

Small brokerage firms are suffering under the current regulatory system, according to comments candidates running for seats on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority board made in a debate. The seven candidates are running for three seats designated for small firms. Despite their differences on approach, all agree that FINRA's 21-member board must be made aware of problems facing small firms.
