Army Corps might not finish Missouri River levee repairs by spring

The Army Corps of Engineers might be unable to finish the repair work on all of the levees along the Missouri River by the springtime. A priority, however, will be fixing the levee systems that provide flood protection for "dense population centers," said Brig. Gen. John McMahon of the Army Corps.
