Because the bulkhead in front of Row 1 on British Airways' A320 doesn't stretch all the way across 1C's legroom, a passenger seated in 1C gets extra space to stretch his or her legs -- and that makes it the best seat aboard the plane, this review says. The downside: A traveler seated there is not allowed bags during takeoff and landing.
