Study: Advisers don't take full advantage of software

Almost all financial advisers have software for client-relationship management, but most don't take full advantage of it, according to Schwab Advisor Services' RIA Benchmarking Study. Despite the importance of referrals to business development, 41% of advisers don't track them, and 59% don't keep track of client satisfaction in any systematic way.
