Aristotle said that to lead a "happy life," people should adhere to four cardinal virtues -- courage, justice, prudence and temperance. That's still good advice for modern business leaders, although it's also worth tacking on the Christian ideals of faith, hope and charity, writes Deb Mills-Scofield.
