Don't be afraid to admit mistakes, says TripAdvisor VP

TripAvisor executive Luc Levesque hands new workers a "user manual" to help them get to grips with his expectations and leadership style. Among the tips: answer e-mails quickly, follow through on commitments, and don't be afraid to 'fess up when things go wrong. "Fall on your sword," Levesque advises.
