Duncan: Fla. should "stay the course" in wake of schools chief's resignation

The sudden resignation Thursday of Florida Commissioner of Education Tony Bennett -- stemming from a controversy over school grading when he served as schools chief in Indiana -- has Education Secretary Arne Duncan calling for leadership and transparency. Bennett's successor will be the fourth state education commissioner in three years, while Indiana's school grading system is central to its No Child Left Behind waiver.
