Montreal lures tourists with eco-friendly eats

Eco-friendly restaurants such as ChuChai, a vegan-only eatery, and Lola Rosa, which serves half portions to reduce waste, are being highlighted in a marketing campaign by Tourism Montreal. "Sustainable gastronomy is a boon to the local economy and our environment and it satisfies a demand on the part of tourists," says Charles Lapointe, CEO of Tourism Montreal.
