New eateries shake up New Orleans seafood scene

Pêche restaurant in New Orleans uses wood-burning grills to whole roast fish on an open fire. "We didn’t want to be a traditional old-line New Orleans seafood restaurant because there are plenty of those already," chef Ryan Prewitt said. Pêche is one of several restaurants in New Orleans to try new approaches to preparing seafood, Jay Forman writes.
