Same-sex couples began marrying in Minnesota this week under a new law that was championed by Democratic state Sen. Scott Dibble, who is openly gay. In this interview, Dibble discusses measure's opposition, including how it peeled away Republican votes in the final days of the debate. "They will forever know they are the wrong side of history. To deny people the ability to form strong, healthy, happy families, that's for them to live with, and hopefully they can sleep at night and look at themselves in the mirror," said Dibble.
