Survey: Canadian smartphone users prefer personalized Web ads

Nearly half of Canadian smartphone users report clicking on personalized ads regularly in the past year, roughly the same number that report clicking on Web advertisements only rarely, according to a recent survey from SAS. Canadian advertisers are expected to spend $3.2 billion on digital ads in 2013, according to eMarketer, which says this spending will encompass both online and mobile.
