Weather Channel focuses on daily planning with mobile site upgrade

Photo-like weather images, projections for rain start and stop times and forecasts targeted around holidays are part of an overhaul of The Weather Channel's mobile site. "This is absolutely a more usable site for consumers. It helps them better plan their day, with a focus on the next six hours and better integration of saved locations," said The Weather Company's Mike Finnerty.
