Advocates seek equity for Pennsylvania school budgets

In Pennsylvania yesterday the Education Law Center, a legal aid and advocacy group, released two reports addressing the achievement gap and offering "successful school budgets" for Pennsylvania's school districts. The center says only 20% of the state's 501 districts meet their minimum suggested budget targets.
