Maryland sex-education class headed to court

Opponents of a new sex-education curriculum in Maryland's Montgomery County schools are taking their year-long battle to court. The group is asking the Montgomery County Circuit Court to overrule the Maryland Board of Education's decision to allow the program, which school leaders say is designed to teach "tolerance and respect for all people, regardless of their sexual orientation."
