Study: More companies offer wellness, convenience benefits

Many companies are adding wellness and convenience packages to their benefits programs, according to the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association. The study of 16 companies revealed 56% of companies offered on-site cafeterias, gyms or daycare facilities. Many also offered concierge and laundry services, on-site credit unions and wellness centers.
