John Lewis to sell nonfood items through Waitrose Web site

The Waitrose Web site will start including nonfood items from John Lewis department stores, expanding the retailer's offerings and boosting competition with its rivals Tesco, Morrison, Sainsbury and ASDA. "Working in collaboration with John Lewis and having their products as part of our range will ... give us a real opportunity to rival our four main competitors," Waitrose Managing Director Mark Price said.
