Online retailers focus on improving shopping carts

Online retailers are continually tweaking their e-commerce sites, but the economic downturn has prompted many to focus more energy on making it easier for consumers to pay, according to a new survey. Nearly four-fifths of retailers say they are planning to improve their shopping-cart features, according to a report from Forrester Research and Shop.org.
