Removal of hazardous materials from N.Y. tower winds down

Workers have almost finished clearing hazardous materials from the former Deutsche Bank building in New York. Demolition of the tower by the former World Trade Center site will take seven more months and cost a total of $300 million, significantly more than originally estimated, officials said. Criminal investigations, regulatory problems and other investigations have delayed the process, observers said.
