Focusing on the true goals of sales meetings, and building activities productively around those goals, can help make the meetings themselves much more productive for salespeople and managers alike. Meetings should be designed to bring about some type of alteration in a salesperson's behavior, and sometimes starting from the endpoint and working backward can be the best way to accomplish a goal.
