NBCT: Replacing teachers is not the answer

President Barack Obama should form education policies that help teachers rather than policies that punish them for poor student test scores, according to National Board Certified Teacher Anthony Cody. In this blog post, Cody writes that the administration's focus on removing ineffective teachers ignores research that shows students' home life has a large effect on their classroom success.
