High-school students learn nutrition at Campus Kitchen

High-school students from around the U.S. are helping St. Louis University's Campus Kitchen deliver healthy meals to the needy this summer, and they are learning about cooking, nutrition and food conservation in the process, according to this article. Campus Kitchen, staffed by college students during the school year, takes trash-bin-bound food from restaurants, stores and campus dining halls and turns it into healthy meals for the poor.
