Marketing on Facebook is the focus of new metrics

ComScore and Nielsen are offering up new ratings systems designed to gauge the effectiveness of brands' presence on Facebook. ComScore's new tool measures the number of Facebook users who interact with brands' products on the social network. And Nielsen, in cooperation with Facebook, plans a rating system. Both systems will focus in part on measuring both a campaign's reach and frequency.
