Peet's gets into medium-roast coffees

Peet's Coffee & Tea is launching two medium-roast coffees in ground and whole-bean form, Peet's Cafe Solano and Peet's Cafe Domingo. The move marks Peet's introduction to the medium-roast category, said to command about 33% of supermarket sales of specialty coffee.
