Should restaurant owners imbibe at the bar?

Southfork Kitchen owner and blogger Bruce Buschel was surprised when his employees chided him for drinking his daily two glasses of wine at the bar during spare moments in the dinner shift, so Buschel asked several peers to chime in on the issue. Some said it's never appropriate, but the consensus was that, while employees should never drink at the bar, it's occasionally appropriate for the proprietor to have a drink with guests.
