Why restaurants shouldn't attempt grilled cheese

Food writer Josh Ozersky calls grilled-cheese sandwiches "the most perfect of all American foods," but he balks at the idea of ordering them at restaurants. The simple three-ingredient sandwiches are best made at home, he writes, while efforts by eateries to add value with higher-quality bread and other ingredients take away from the experience.
