Johnson eyes reforms for Memphis, Tenn., schools

Newly minted Memphis City Schools Superintendent Carol Johnson says she plans to shuffle some administrative staff in the coming months. Some school board members have said they are worried Johnson is in over her head in Memphis, which is a much bigger district than her last, Minneapolis.
