Study shows supplement reduces cancer risk

A study of 13,000 men and women aged 35 to 60 found that a dietary supplement containing the same antioxidant amounts found in a rich fruit and vegetable diet could help slash cancer risk and corresponding death. The finding, researchers say, proves the importance of a healthy diet.
