Valley of the Sun feels cement squeeze

Cities in Arizona are learning to cope with the ramifications of a cement shortage that has been felt nationwide. The shortage, caused by growth and Olympic-related construction in China, and a lack of ships to haul cement to the U.S., means cities have to ration supplies or place orders further in advance because cement is taking longer to be delivered.
