Nearly 2,000 W.Va. employers lose workers' comp insurance

Nearly 2,000 employers in West Virginia have not paid workers' compensation premiums to the state's workers' compensation insurer. State Insurance Commissioner Jane Cline will assign the employers to the state's Uninsured Fund. West Virginia's transition from state to private workers compensation is going well so far, Cline said.
