In defense of "easy to drink" wines

Wine geeks may dismiss the term, but "easy to drink" can be a good thing when it comes to wines, and it doesn't necessarily mean they are cheap. Stronger wines with higher alcohol levels tend to fetch higher prices, but "easy to drink," for some influential critics, still describe a high-quality wine.
