Delta plans $1.2 billion JFK overhaul, awaits Port Authority's OK

Delta Air Lines wants to conduct a $1.2 billion overhaul of its terminals at JFK airport in New York. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey plans to vote on the project, which includes the demolition of Terminal 3. Construction would begin this fall and be complete by 2013.
