L.A. cargo-handling uninterrupted as union talks continue

Talks are ongoing between office workers at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach after two months. However, despite some picketing, cargo handling has not been interrupted. The employers' association representing 14 companies continues to negotiate with the Office Clerical Unit of International Longshore and Warehouse Union Local 63.
