Clinton: U.S. to decide on Keystone XL project before year's end

The federal government is on scheduled to make a decision on TransCanada's $7 billion Keystone XL pipeline by year's end, said Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. She held discussions with Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird, who touted the project's potential role in Canada's economy. "We are leaving no stone unturned in this process and we expect to make a decision on the permit before the end of this year," Clinton said.
