Mad Greens in Denver offers a mobile application to help diners at its 11 restaurants identify foods and ingredients on the menu they are allergic to or might want to avoid. The app analyzes each ingredient in a menu item and offers alternative choices based on food allergies or preferences such as vegan or vegetarian.
