Arielle Patrice Scott, CEO of GenJuice, knows that the ability to analyze and learn from a failure is essential to any woman entrepreneur. "You need the ability to not accept failure, but to accept the pivot," she said. Scott took what she learned from the failure of her first company and used it to improve GenJuice. Scott said her sex and race are assets, not obstacles. "What creates challenges is that I'm a business person, not an engineer," she explained.
