Sen. Toomey says EPA must study effects of regulations on jobs

Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., said he will soon unveil a bill that would task the Environmental Protection Agency with considering the impact of new regulations on jobs before they are implemented. "Under President Obama's administration, the EPA has promulgated new regulations governing greenhouse gases, industrial boilers, cement kilns, dust and spilled milk, just to name a few," Toomey said.
