As tech hiring heats back up, so do the perks

Lavish parties, signing bonuses and free haircuts are among the perks being used by companies to attract tech talent. "It's such a thin market, it feels like everybody is employed already. Engineers have 10 recruiters calling them," says Adam Pisoni, co-founder and chief technology officer at Yammer.
