U.S. logistic firms accelerate rail expansion plans for oil transport

Significant gaps in the price of oil among different regions of the U.S. are driving logistics firms to build more crude-by-rail terminals. Musket, for example, plans to build capacity to ship 70,000 barrels a day of oil by rail from North Dakota's Bakken region.
