The Boston School Department is taking its summer-meal program on the road, serving free lunches to students from a food truck at three sites. The mobile meals -- a first for the department -- included Cobb salads and fresh wraps. The meals are being piloted weekdays through August, and officials are considering converting school buses into meal-delivery vehicles for next summer.
