Digirad sells surgical imaging technology to Novadaq

Novadaq Technologies has obtained surgical imaging technology from Digirad. The company acquired the rights to the Trapper digital scintigraphy system still in development under a $2 million deal plus milestone payments. The technology allows for localization of sentinel lymph nodes and lesions for surgery plus confirmation that surgical resection was successful.
